Our Home Office Managed Support services offer a cost effective, peace of mind solution to home workers that require regular IT support and troubleshooting. Being a small business ourselves we understand the importance of keeping an eye on overheads and expenditure which is why our support services enable businesses to spread the cost of their IT support over a yearly period. We offer two subscription services to home users, Home Office Remote and Home Office On-site.
Home Office On-site
Our Home Office On-site service offers a comprehensive outsourced IT department in your home, providing a personal, speedy response to your IT issues. We offer advice, discounts and setup of new equipment, making sure your home network and computers are protected. The support service allows you to save money on our standard hourly rates and spread the cost of support across the year.
Our basic package* starts from a monthly subscription of £80 per calender month, and includes:

1 hour of free on-site/remote IT support per month **

Up to 20% discount on all our other services

The best advice and prices on any technology you may require.
* - The standard monthly subscription will cover 2 computers, an additional charge of £25 per computer.
** - The first hour of on-site/remote support per month will be non-chargeable, any work over and above an hour will be chargable at the discounted hourly rate.

Home Office Remote
Our Home Office Remote service arose when some of our clients moved away from the area but still wanted us to continue supporting them. For some of our clients it also offers a more cost effectve way of supporting their day to day IT issues, as many of them can be resolved over the phone or via a remote session.
