Below are a list of prices for our services.  We offer support for both domestic and commercial clients. 

On-site Support

The standard rate for the first hour of support is based on location (we don't charge call-out fees for clients in our local catchment area).

A guideline for the first hour of support is as follows:











Most issues can be resolved within the first hour but if any additional time* is required, this is chargeable at our standard hourly rates outlined in the table below.

* - Additional time is charged in 1/4 hour intervals for Domestic support and 1/2 hour intervals for Commercial support

Pay As You Go

Managed Support

These prices apply to our standard office hours of 9.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday. 


By pre-arrangement we offer support outside our normal office hours, subject to availability. We charge a supplement of 25% on our standard hourly rates.

Remote Support

We offer remote support to our regular clients and those that are signed up to one of our Managed Support services.
