One of our skilled technicians will assist you, ensuring that any technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively. Whether you're looking to install devices or need help diagnosing and fixing problems, we will endeavor to deliver the technical support you need.

Pricing:
The standard rate for the first hour of support is based on location (we don't charge call-out fees for clients in our local catchment area).

For Pay As You Go clients each additional hour is charged at £90 for domestic and £95 for commercial clients.
For Managed Support clients each additional hour is charged at £80 for domestic and £85 for commercial clients.
Most issues can be resolved within the first hour but if any additional time* is required, this is chargeable at our standard hourly rates outlined in the table above.
* - Additional time is charged in 1/4 hour intervals for Domestic support and 1/2 hour intervals for Commercial support
These prices apply to our standard office hours of 9.00 am and 6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
By pre-arrangement we offer support outside our normal office hours, subject to availability. We charge a supplement of 25% on our standard hourly rates.
